We have created computer generated images of the homes for sale within this development. These are representative of their type and are included to give an impression of our product range.
Our new homes are built in a variety of designs. In order to create visually stunning street scenes as well as to comply with planning regulations, finishes will vary from house to house. The setting and surrounding area will also differ depending on plot location within the development.
Our Sales Representative will be happy to show you accurate information from architect's drawings showing design details, exact finishes and specific elevational treatment of any chosen plot.
Development Layout
The development layout however is for illustative purposes only. It does not show gradients within the development or accurate site boundary information. Please refer to the approved planning application drawing for specific plot information (ask our Sales Representative for details). It is our intention to build in compliance with this layout but there may be instances when house design, boundaries, roads, landscaping, lamp posts and footpaths change as the development progresses.
Adjacent Land
The use of land adjacent to the devevelopment and surrounding area is subject to statutory planning controls. To obtain up-to-date information we recommend that you contact the relevant planning authority.
Floor plan dimensions
All our dimensions are metric. Dimensions provided relate to a typical housetype, but the dimensions for any specific house may vary +/- 50mm because each house is built individually and precise internal measurements might not be exactly the same.
Standard Choices and Optional Extras
We offer a range of standard choices and optional extras with all of our new homes. However some of these are only available before a certain point in the building stage is reached. Please check with our Sales Representative to confi rm the choices and options available to you for any chosen property.
Showhomes
On completion of any showhomes they will be constructed to the standard dimensions for the relevant house design. Showhomes may include optional extras. Any furniture used in our showhomes is not part of the standard specification. Other fixtures, fittings, soft furnishings and wallcoverings may be used to create interest and demonstrate the potential of a house design. External fi nishes, boundary fences, walls, hard landscaping and planting will also be included to demonstrate the capability of a fi nished home and to demonstrate a lived-in environment. They are not intended to represent that they will be included in a chosen property. Please clarify what is included and excluded in your new home with a Sales Representative when reserving.
Specifications
The general specifi cation applicable to your chosen property may be subject to change as part of our policy of continuous improvement and to meet new regulations and standards. Please check the specification relating to your particular property with your Sales Representative prior to reservation.
Health and Safety on Site
Your safety is of paramount importance to us and the following points have been issued to comply with current Health and Safety legislation.
- Please use the designated car park and visit our sales information centre when you arrive at the development.
- You are required to be accompanied by a member of staff when visiting any part of the development outside the sales/showhome area.
- Hard hats must be worn on area of the site under construction.
- No Access is permitted where scaffolding is errected.
- Be aware that construction traffi c may not be able to see you as easily as you can see them.
- Children are not permitted in the build area.
